Ekhozone - Mysteriorum (2019)

Ekhozone is the most prolific producer on nascent label Mean Seed, and Mysteriorum is the sixth release from this project. "Inner Landscapes" starts the EP with a fluid, flowing groove that builds gradually, underpinning layered textures. In a similar vein is "The World In Flames", where an undulating rhythm supports spaced out synths and dubbed out soundscapes. Both "Revive" and "Hypnagogik" are more introspective affairs, with their mournful chords and mid-paced, stepping rhythms calling to mind Modern Love artists like Claro Intelecto.
