Seems like this tune has quite some history. From www.trancefix.nl:

"2003-10-25: Ferry Corsten world premieres I Love You in the Heineken
Music Hall as part of his Right Of Way Tour. This tune stays
unidentified for a long time and as always possible ID's are discussed.
It was even rumoured to be a remix of Cosmicman - I Love You
2004-07-07: The title is finally revealed. The "vocals" are rumoured to
be done by his wife Lia.
2003--2006: Ferry Corsten continues to play I Love You in his sets. In
addition to the original, he played two additional versions.
2006-05-26: An album version of I Love You is released as a bonus track
on his first artist album L.E.F., sounding different from all the 3
previous versions heard on livesets. Actually it was a huge
dissapointment.
2008-03-16: The wait is finally over. The FULL version of I Love You is
included on the unmixed release of Ferry Corsten's Gatecrasher Sheffield
compilation, tagged "Original Extended". This appears to be the same
version as he played in the Heineken Music Hall almost 5 years ago!
2008-05-05: The L.E.F. DJ Bundle is released including a yet another
version of I Love You. This version contains a cool background sample
that was heard on one of the earlier versions he used to play. However
it's not an "original extended dj version" like the titles might
indicate and it actually starts and ends with break beats."
